In addition, we are a leading provider of trail based education and training services. We share our knowledge, experience and passion for trails by offering a wide range of customized trail training courses and workshops.
Making the Magic Happen
We firmly believe that individuals use trails for wholly positive reasons, in fact we have never met anyone who uses a trail to purposefully have negative experiences. People use trails to have positive experiences. Understanding and maximising these experiences is essential to everything we do. We think long and hard about what users are searching for. That may be solitude, an escape into nature, a physical challenge, a test of skill, or some time and space for mental relaxation.
By studying the landscape on a macro and micro level we gain an understanding of the terrain, underlying substrates, hydrological and biological process, and cultural resources. We integrate the sought-after user experiences and the carrying capacity of the landscape with the best available design solutions to ensure the trail has a strong purpose and a route that respects the environment.
Our skilled crew employs contemporary construction techniques and specialized equipment to minimize erosive forces, reduce ground disturbance and produce a trail that is both sustainable and enjoyable.
